Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities in Pakistan: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities and Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns, which will be clearly indicated on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where available) via email, SMS, or WhatsApp so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information or the recipient's unavailability, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Zaroorat is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses or inaccurate contact information provided by the customer.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible locations within Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future purchases.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your order appears significantly delayed or is lost during transit, please contact our customer support. We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

Currently, Zaroorat ships only within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
